Everything you need to know about getting your dog car seat, and sending it back if it is not right.
Shipping
- Free shipping on every order within the United States. No minimum.
- We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Prices are in US dollars.
- You will see the delivery estimate for your address at checkout before you pay.
- You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If it has not arrived within 48 hours of your order, check your spam folder and then email us.
Our seats ship compressed to keep shipping free. When it arrives, unpack it, fluff the cushions for a few minutes and leave it a couple of hours - it takes its full shape on its own.
Returns
Free returns for 30 days. Used, washed, chewed on - it does not matter. We only want you to keep it if your dog actually likes it.
Here is how it works:
- Email us within 30 days of delivery and tell us your order number and what went wrong.
- We send you a prepaid return label.
- Put the seat back in a box - the original one is easiest, but any box works - and drop it off.
- We refund you to the original payment method as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier. It takes your bank 3 to 5 working days to show it.
Exchanges - usually a size problem
If the seat is the wrong size, say so in your email and we will send the right one rather than refunding you. Before you order, our size guide takes two minutes and prevents most exchanges: measure your dog nose to tail, add four inches, then measure across your back seat between the door panels.
Between two sizes? Take the bigger one. Dogs settle faster when they can turn around.
Damaged or wrong item
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it. You do not need to return a damaged item first.
Cancelling an order
Email us as soon as you can. If the order has not been picked yet we will cancel and refund in full. If it has already shipped, use the free 30-day return instead.

Use the contact page and we will get back to you. If your question is about which size to buy, tell us your dog's breed and weight and the car you drive - that is usually enough for us to answer straight away.
