Small dogs get the worst deal in a car. Down in the footwell or sliding across the seat, they see nothing and brace on every corner. Between two sizes? Take the bigger one. Dogs settle faster when they have room to turn around and stretch out.

The two adjustable straps loop around your headrest posts and pull tight. Works on the rear bench of any car, and on the front passenger seat when the airbag is switched off. Two minutes, no tools.

Why your dog should not ride loose
An unrestrained dog is a distraction, and several states treat it that way. New Jersey requires pets to be restrained, with fines from $250 to $1,000. Hawaii and Rhode Island have their own rules. And Arizona, Connecticut, Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts, South Carolina, Wisconsin and Washington D.C. can cite an unrestrained pet under distracted-driving laws.
Always clip your dog's harness to the internal lead. This is a comfort and containment seat. It is not a crash-tested restraint.

Questions we get asked
Will it fit my car?
If your seat has headrest posts, yes. The straps loop over them and pull tight. It fits the rear bench of any car, and the front passenger seat when the airbag is off.
Can two small dogs share it?
In the Medium, yes - two dogs under 15 lb sit side by side comfortably. In the Small, one dog.
My dog gets carsick. Will this help?
Usually. Most carsick small dogs are down low with no view and nothing to brace against. This lifts them to window height inside a padded space. Give it two or three short trips.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the outside with a damp cloth - it is water-resistant. The cushion lifts out and washes. Air dry.
Is it safe for puppies and older dogs?
Yes. The padded base is easy on joints, and the high sides stop a puppy scrambling around while you drive.
Can I use it at home?
That is half the point. Unclip the straps, carry it inside by the handle, and it is a dog bed.
Does it come flat?
Yes - it ships compressed to keep shipping affordable. Fluff the cushions for a few minutes and leave it a few hours, and it takes its full shape.
What if my dog hates it?
Send it back within 30 days and we refund you. Used, washed, chewed on - it does not matter.
