Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. Please read this before you buy.
30-day replacement or refund
Within 30 days of delivery, we will replace your item or refund you in full, your choice, if:
- the item has a manufacturing defect,
- the item was damaged during transit, or
- you received the wrong item compared to what you ordered.
In these cases the return shipping costs you nothing.
How to request it
Email contact@thedogcarseat.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We reply within 2 business days.
Sizing
We do not offer size exchanges. Please check our size guide before ordering to choose the right size for your dog.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
