Shipping policy

Free delivery, everywhere we ship

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum, to all 32 countries we serve. There are no delivery charges at checkout.

Where we ship

North America and Oceania: United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.

European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Rest of Europe: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway.

We are adding new destinations as our delivery network grows. If your country is not on the list yet, email us at contact@thedogcarseat.com and we will tell you as soon as we can ship there.

Delivery time and tracking

Orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships. The delivery estimate for your address is shown at checkout. If you have not received tracking within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder and then email us.

Customs and duties

Orders delivered outside the United States and the European Union, which means the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority on delivery. These are set by your country, are not included in the price you pay us, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unpacking

Our seats ship compressed. When yours arrives, unpack it, fluff the cushions for a few minutes and leave it for a couple of hours. It takes its full shape on its own.

Returns

Delivery to you is free. We accept returns only for a manufacturing defect, transit damage or a wrong item, and in those cases we cover the return shipping. See our returns and refunds policy before you order.
